U3A Network Queensland’s 5-Year Strategic Plan, launched at the Annual General Meeting in May 2020, has entered the operational planning and execution stage, with five sub-committees working on implementing the tasks assigned in the Plan.

Five sub-committees have been formed, in line with the five Strategic Directions in the Plan: Membership, Communication, Support, Sustainability and Innovation. These committees are now working on Operational Plans, assigning tasks to members of the relevant committees to accomplish the Actions detailed in the Plan.

For example, work undertaken by the Communications Sub-committee may be viewed on this website as the committee progress through the tasks assigned.
