Date registrations open: 01st January 2027
Date conference and optional activities registrations close: 20th April 2027
Earlybird offer: To go in the draw for the Earlybird prize you need to register during the period 01st January 2027 to 28th February 2027.
Earlybird prize: Refund cost of one ticket to the formal dinner.
Conference Fees: To be advised
Cancellation of conference events: Delegates may cancel bookings for events up to 6TH April 2027 by emailing the conference organisers at secretary@u3amackay.com Note: U3A Mackay Inc will deduct 10% from the refund to cover administrative costs.
Optional Excursions: Optional excursions will be posted to the website closer to the date of the conference. Discount activity vouchers will be provided to delegates after registration. Bookings and payments for these activities will be individual companies on discount ticket vouchers and not through our registration process, or U3A Mackay Inc.
Attendee limits:
- Limits on delegates to the Conference – 120 delegates
- Attendees to the Meet and Greet function will be limited to 120 guests.
- Attendees to the Formal Dinner will be limited to 120 guests.

- Assistance moving from car parking area to venues
- Easy access to seating in the conference room
- Seating requirements to aid vision, hearing, physical and other needs.
Please advise the Conference organising committee of any Special Requirements, including whether you will be using the courtesy bus, via direct email to secretary@u3amackay.com.
If delegates require transport to/ from the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music (CQCM) theatre on CQUniversity’s Mackay Ooralea campus for our Meet and Greet event, please contact the committee at secretary@u3amackay.com before 02nd April 2027. We may access a small bus, at a small cost for riders, depending on numbers
