The U3A Network Queensland Annual General Meeting at North Lakes was also a time for farewells and welcomes to the new Management Committee, with Rhonda Weston AM taking over as President and the departure of now Past-president Gail Bonser and Communications Officer Colin Maddocks.

New committee members in Trudy Graham from U3A Gympie and David Bowden from U3A Roma were welcomed into the team along with renominated members John Armstrong (Vice President), Alison Taylor (Secretary), Bron Pedler (Treasurer) and Tony Nobbs (News Editor).

Our new president, Rhonda Weston AM, wasted no time in calling the first management committee meeting the day after the Conference to discuss how the new team would operate and the priorities for the year ahead.
